SGESV and DGESV solve, in single and double precision, respectively:
A * X = B
- A is an M-by-N matrix and X and B are N-by-NRHS matrices.
All cases were run on a single processor on one of the Hoffman2 Cluster compute nodes. The code is single-threaded and statically linked.
MFLOPS is calculated as:
MFLOPS = (1×10**-6) * [(2/3)*N**3 + 2*N**2] / (CPU seconds)
Versions of LAPACK and BLAS compared: LAPACK and BLAS libraries from the Netlib Repository, ATLAS library, Intel-MKL library, AMD ACML Library and LAPACK library from the Netlib Repositiory (linked with Goto BLAS).
